Role Overview
Join Salesforce's Dublin hub as a Business Development Representative focused on the UK and Ireland market. This role centers on promoting customer transformation via AI, Data, CRM, and our platform Agentforce. You will be integral to developing new business pipelines, supporting strategic account expansion, and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Engage key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and professional social networks.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to devise strategic territory plans.
- Conduct thorough market and account research to identify challenges Salesforce solutions can address.
Requirements
- Full professional English fluency is mandatory.
- Proven track record in quota-carrying sales or equivalent client-facing roles.
- Ability to thrive within fast-paced, target-oriented environments with strong motivation.
- Effective communication skills, with aptitude to simplify complex value propositions.
- Right to work in Ireland is required.
- Preferred: Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling and consistent quota achievement history.
