Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a Business Development Manager to join as a permanent, full-time employee with Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company. This position involves a mix of office-based duties and fieldwork.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Graduation completed with passing certificate mandatory
- Age between 24 and 39 years
- Minimum one year of documented experience in insurance and BFSI sales
- Own a motorcycle for field travel
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic fixed in-hand salary ranging from ₹21,500 to ₹35,000 per month (CTC between ₹25,000 to ₹38,000)
