Business Development Manager – Digital Asset Exchange (English Market)

Job Overview

Ourbit Exchange is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within English-speaking markets in the digital asset exchange sector. As a key contributor, you will craft and implement strategies aimed at expanding partnerships and increasing trading activity on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business development plans targeting the English-speaking market segments.
• Identify and secure collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), affiliates, trading communities, and ecosystem partners to expand network influence.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with significant stakeholders in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Boost user base growth, stimulate trading volumes, and enhance the effectiveness of partnership engagements.
• Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor strategies, and identify avenues for expansion.
• Lead negotiations on partnership agreements and oversee relationships throughout the partnership duration.
• Work closely with marketing, operational, and product teams to refine initiatives directed at platform growth.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles.
• Proven background in the cryptocurrency or Web3 sector, ideally with experience in centralized exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech organizations.
• Deep knowledge of digital assets, crypto trading mechanisms, and current industry developments.
• Preferably holds established connections or has collaborated with KOLs, affiliates, or trading-centric communities.
• Fluent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work setting.
• Comfortable working autonomously within a remote, international team environment.
