Job description
About the Role
Join Shashisun Energy as a Telecaller focusing on our solar energy segment. This position is full-time and requires working from our office located in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The role is entirely dedicated to cold calling potential customers without any pre-qualified leads. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make at least 300 outbound cold calls each day to prospective clients.
- Secure a minimum of 5 confirmed meetings or appointments daily, meeting set KPIs.
- Engage professionally with potential customers during all communications.
- Accurately update databases regarding call outcomes, lead progress, and scheduled meetings.
Compensation and Growth
- Initial probation period lasting 30 days with a salary of ₹5,000 per month.
- Upon successful completion of probation, salary increases to ₹10,000 per month.
- Performance-driven salary advancements possible up to ₹30,000 per month.
- Additional benefits include phone and internet reimbursements along with all eligible reimbursable expenses covered.
Work Environment
Work is conducted at VPM Coworking space in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline required.
- Preference for applicants with no prior experience (freshers).
- Professional appearance and grooming is expected.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume cold calling with no prior lead qualification.
