About the Role

Join Shashisun Energy as a Telecaller focusing on our solar energy segment. This position is full-time and requires working from our office located in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The role is entirely dedicated to cold calling potential customers without any pre-qualified leads. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Make at least 300 outbound cold calls each day to prospective clients.
  • Secure a minimum of 5 confirmed meetings or appointments daily, meeting set KPIs.

Compensation and Growth

  • Initial probation period lasting 30 days with a salary of ₹5,000 per month.
