About the Role
Urban Money Private Limited seeks energetic, self-driven, and career-focused candidates interested in loan sales or aspiring to develop a sustained career in financial services. This role suits individuals who enjoy customer engagement, meeting sales goals, and professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads to expand the loan customer base.
- Market and sell various loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, and others.
- Assess customers' needs and suggest appropriate loan options.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and paperwork stages.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure prompt loan processing and fund disbursal.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any discipline, preferably.
- Previous experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates passionate about finance and sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of financial products and lending procedures.
- Customer relationship management capabilities.
- Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
