About the Company

Sofueled creates digital products and technology services for clients around the world, including web applications, mobile apps, cloud-based solutions, and product engineering work. The company is hiring a motivated business development professional who can spot opportunities, solve client challenges, and help grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline using research, networking, referrals, outreach emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Handle the full sales journey, starting from initial contact and discovery through proposals, deal discussions, and final closure.
  • Assess client pain points and present Sofueled’s offerings as practical business solutions.
  • Build durable relationships with founders, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and organized, and ensure a smooth transition of won accounts to the delivery team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The company values strong communication, commercial awareness, and relationship-building ability more than deep technical expertise.

  • 3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source prospects and close deals.
  • Strong communication skills along with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Good networking ability and confidence in building professional relationships.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Working knowledge of web development, mobile apps, cloud services, and software outsourcing.
  • An existing network in startups, product businesses, or tech procurement teams is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Not the Right Fit If

  • You want to work only on leads that are assigned to you.
  • You expect a large sales organization with dedicated SDR support.
  • You do not have prior experience selling IT services or technology solutions.
