Role Overview

This position is focused on field-based business development and direct sales. The role involves visiting customers in person, promoting PhonePe products, and driving adoption across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit prospects and customers on-site to generate sales and bring in new business.
  • Keep customer and sales records updated and accurate.
  • Sell smart speakers and scanners across the assigned territory.
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Work consistently toward assigned sales goals and aim to exceed them.
  • Perform all work as a field sales role.

Requirements

  • Must have completed at least 12th standard, ITI, or a diploma.
  • Should have 3–6 months of prior sales experience.
  • Must own a bike and hold a valid driving licence.

Additional Information

This is a 100% field sales position based in Kadapa, India. The compensation mentioned is an annual range of INR 1,00,000 to INR 2,50,000.
