Job Overview
HDB Financial Services Limited is recruiting for the role of Lead Generation Executive, located across Mumbai, Maharashtra. This position is focused in the Metro Market's emerging sectors with products including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Gold Loan, and Loan Against Property.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via outbound calls to present and promote loan offerings.
- Generate leads using various methods including cold calling, field visits in open markets, and leveraging personal referrals.
- Accurately maintain and update loan information within the designated system or portal.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain the required quality standards throughout all processes.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC); graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between 16,500 and 17,500 INR gross per month, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
