Job Overview
HDB Financial Services Limited seeks a Senior Telecalling Officer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to engage in customer outreach focused on recovery processes and account prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
- Make awareness calls at the beginning of each month.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout calls.
- Comply with Code of Conduct (COC), turnaround times (TAT), and call wrap-up procedures.
- Identify point-of-sale (POS) accounts and prioritize customer interactions accordingly.
- Collect supplementary charges, including penalty fees.
- Meet daily recovery resolution targets as per predefined milestones.
- Encourage customers to commit to payment timelines and initiate pick-up schedules.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with zero to five years of work experience.
- Strong communication skills paired with proficient keyboard abilities.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude toward achieving goals.
