About the Role
HDB Financial Services is hiring for the position of Senior Telecalling Officer within their Collections Calling Unit based at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time outbound collections role involving interaction with borrowers to recover outstanding debts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned accounts to determine unpaid outstanding debts.
- Develop and execute recovery plans for pending payments.
- Reach out to debtors via outbound calls to check their payment status.
- Negotiate settlement timelines or structured repayment plans with customers.
- Use strong negotiation abilities to communicate financial matters firmly and clearly.
Requirements
- Any graduate including freshers from the passing year 2024, 2025, and 2026.
- No backlog in academic record.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is mandatory for this Chennai-based role.
Compensation and Other Details
- Gross monthly salary of ₹16,000.
- Take-home salary approximately ₹13,500 after deductions for medical insurance and provident fund contributions.
- Monthly performance incentives up to ₹12,000.
