About the Role

An Accel-backed consumer brand is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance growth by leveraging data-driven insights. This position is fully remote within India and offers a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹8,00,000 to ₹20,00,000. The company identity will remain confidential until both parties agree to proceed.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and assess business, sales, and operations data to identify effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
Develop actionable models, dashboards, and reports that leadership consistently relies upon.
Translate complex, ambiguous business queries into clear, data-supported recommendations.

Required Skills and Attributes

Proficiency in Excel and SQL with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving.
Capability to convert quantitative data into actionable business decisions.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between data specialists and business teams.
