About the Role
An Accel-backed consumer brand is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance growth by leveraging data-driven insights. This position is fully remote within India and offers a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹8,00,000 to ₹20,00,000. The company identity will remain confidential until both parties agree to proceed.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and assess business, sales, and operations data to identify effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
- Develop actionable models, dashboards, and reports that leadership consistently relies upon.
- Translate complex, ambiguous business queries into clear, data-supported recommendations.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving.
- Capability to convert quantitative data into actionable business decisions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between data specialists and business teams.
