About the Role

An Accel-backed consumer brand is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance growth by leveraging data-driven insights. This position is fully remote within India and offers a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹8,00,000 to ₹20,00,000. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess business, sales, and operations data to identify effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
• Develop actionable models, dashboards, and reports that leadership consistently relies upon.
• Translate complex, ambiguous business queries into clear, data-supported recommendations.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving.
• Capability to convert quantitative data into actionable business decisions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between data specialists and business teams.
