Business Analyst II - Product Analytics for TSE AI Automation

As a Business Analyst within this team, you will be accountable for maintaining data infrastructure and reporting mechanisms that support GenAI decision quality assessments, LLM shadow testing, and optimizing cost-to-serve. This role offers significant responsibility for those keen to specialize deeply in AI product analytics and establish benchmarks for large-scale LLM automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage extensive datasets to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence using diverse tools.
• Ensure business stakeholders worldwide have timely and easy access to meaningful data reports.
• Leverage data to substantiate concepts, foster actionable recommendations, and develop compelling, user-friendly data visualizations.
• Analyze root causes, identify trends and patterns, and interpret their business implications.
• Create dashboards and visual representations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners to comprehend critical business questions and develop reports that enable quick, accurate insights.
• Balance multiple priorities adeptly while managing ambiguous situations.
• Perform effectively in a dynamic, agile environment handling prominent projects.

Typical Daily Activities

Primary duties include developing and sustaining data pipelines powering dashboards and conducting analyses converting raw LLM outputs or audit data into actionable decisions. You may investigate new shadow launches, present operational savings to senior leadership, or support scientific teams in prompt evaluation sessions, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

About the Team

The TSE Product Analytics group functions as an embedded analyst team within the TSE Product organization. We back product teams developing automation infrastructure, overseeing data pipelines, reporting, and analytics across AI-driven automation projects. We collaborate daily across multiple departments to maintain data precision, accessibility, and readiness for decision-making. The team is lean, highly autonomous, and your impact is visible with opportunities for scope expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Proven ability to define requirements and derive business insights using data and metrics.
• Experience influencing business decisions and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or AWS Quicksight.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages including Python or R.
• Experience collaborating effectively with scientific, data processing, and software engineering teams.
