Job Overview
The Transportation Specialist serves as the main liaison connecting Amazon with sellers and delivery partners. This role involves identifying and resolving delivery partner or seller issues and proposing ideas for process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and efficient support to Amazon sellers and delivery partners.
- Manage sensitive issues effectively by escalating according to the established protocols.
- Exhibit strong time-management capabilities.

Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
