Job Overview

The recruiter will handle talent acquisition at all organizational levels, overseeing recruitment programs, policies, and plans. Acting as a trusted advisor and partner, the role requires staying updated on business and industry trends to support strategic and operational recruitment initiatives. The candidate will provide expert guidance to personnel across the company and external parties on recruitment matters, serving as a dependable member of the Global HR team fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Core activities include sourcing and generating candidates for hiring managers spanning various teams and geographical locations. Success in this position demands efficient management, prioritization, and closure of recruitment assignments within defined timelines, while establishing recruitment benchmarks and metrics to meet service level agreements. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to develop and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and hiring strategies, balancing partner expectations and return on investment.
• Expertly recruit passive candidates by profiling their fit and motivations rather than merely promoting open positions.
• Skillfully screen candidates against role requirements to assemble strong candidate slates within consistent timelines.
• Maintain and grow a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship building; conduct comprehensive interviews anticipating hiring manager preferences to ensure high offer-to-interview conversion.
• Communicate clearly with hiring teams and interview panels to facilitate interview preparation and exchange relevant information at all organizational levels.
• Recommend and implement recruitment strategies to support the company’s long-term growth, while refining existing processes aligned with Amazon’s mission of delivering superior customer results.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experiences, acting as an advocate for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Document recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and progress tracking.
• Engage in special recruiting initiatives and projects, assessing best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 0 to 4 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with digital recruiting methods and knowledge of current market trends.
• Experience recruiting business and technical talent, including roles in product management, program management, sales, technology engineering, and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments, projects, and client relationships effectively.
• Preferred: Strong analytical skills to develop, measure, and scale recruitment workflows involving candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
• Preferred: Excellent consulting abilities with experience as both team leader and member in collaborative environments.
