Position Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a skilled Business Analyst specializing in healthcare to enhance healthcare projects by examining business processes, collecting detailed requirements, and delivering impactful, data-centered solutions. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to uplift operational efficiency, enhance patient care, and boost overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, scrutinize, and formally document both business and functional requirements.
- Partner with healthcare professionals, IT personnel, and business units to support ongoing projects.
- Examine healthcare workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Create comprehensive business process documents, reports, and data visualization dashboards.
- Assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) along with deployment activities.
- Produce project-related documentation and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years’ professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in eliciting business requirements and drafting functional specifications.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and capability to interpret data analytically.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as EHR/EMR platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Basic awareness of HIPAA regulations.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster provide an advantage.
