About the Role
Aaratech Inc. is in search of a Business Analyst specialized in Supply Chain and Logistics to enhance operational efficiency by analyzing business processes and collecting detailed requirements. The role focuses on supporting supply chain and logistics functions to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze processes related to supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, as well as support reporting and dashboard development.
- Work collaboratively with teams across operations, procurement, business units, and IT departments.
- Assist in system testing phases including user acceptance testing and overall implementation support.
- Communicate business insights, recommendations, and project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within supply chain, logistics, or operations environments.
- Prior experience conducting business process analysis and gathering requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, APICS CSCP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.
