About the Role
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to enhance retail and e-commerce initiatives by thoroughly analyzing business processes, collecting detailed requirements, and pinpointing ways to boost customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and clearly document business requirements from various retail and online commerce stakeholders.
- Examine sales figures, inventory management, and customer-related workflows to find areas for improvement.
- Create thorough business process documents, reports, and interactive dashboards.
- Work closely with teams across business, marketing, operations, and IT.
- Assist in system and user acceptance testing and support smooth project deployment.
- Communicate project progress and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- At least two years of experience working as a Business Analyst within retail, e-commerce, or similar industries.
- Proficient in analyzing business processes and preparing comprehensive requirements documentation.
- Strong understanding of retail business operations and digital commerce flows.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, clear communication, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience includes SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Agile/Scrum frameworks, CRM/ERP systems, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or CSM are advantageous.
Compensation and Work Authorization
The role offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
