Business Analyst - Financial Reporting

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on advancing a key Financial Reporting & Control system within a global investment bank. This role requires close collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, steer project delivery, and address technical challenges during production.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues related to financial reporting applications.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in global or investment banking environments.
• Strong grasp of financial markets, investment banking products, and financial reporting processes.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles.
• Track record of managing full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and problem resolution.
• A proactive, practical attitude with a willingness to contribute to supporting the broader BA team.

Additional Information

• This is a contract position compensated on a day rate basis.
• The role requires working onsite three days per week at the South Dublin location.
