Transformation Director - Global Brand - 12 Month Contract

Overview

This role is for a seasoned Transformation Director to steer large-scale change programmes across a major enterprise environment. The assignment is a 12-month daily-rate contract based in Dublin with a hybrid working pattern. The successful person will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational leadership, organisational change, and end-to-end programme delivery experience, ideally gained in a top-tier consultancy or a large corporate setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise-level transformation programmes from initial strategy through implementation and successful adoption.
• Work closely with C-suite leaders to shape transformation goals, operating models, and measurable business outcomes.
• Create and roll out change approaches that strengthen readiness, adoption, and organisational capability.
• Lead initiatives focused on process improvement, organisation design, and operating model redesign.
• Set up governance structures, programme frameworks, and delivery plans to keep work on track.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and internal communications across a complex business landscape.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive them toward clear, measurable results.
• Track risks, interdependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery success.

Experience required

• At least 15 years of experience delivering complex business transformation initiatives.
• Background in a leading consultancy or in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Deep experience across strategy, operations, organisational change, and transformation delivery.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong track record in enterprise transformation and operating model delivery.
• Solid expertise in programme governance, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in matrixed organisations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.

Desirable experience

• Exposure to financial services, professional services, healthcare, or other regulated sectors.
• Experience with organisational design, business readiness, and operating model change.
• Programme or project management certifications would be an advantage.

Contract details

This is a 12-month rolling daily-rate contract. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model. An immediate start is preferred, and candidates who can begin at short notice will be considered most suitable.
