Overview
Aaratech Inc., a technology-focused company dedicated to enhancing business performance through innovative solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Banking and Financial Services. This role supports transformation projects within the financial sector by analyzing processes, gathering detailed requirements, and collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and articulate comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Examine banking and financial service workflows to highlight potential areas for improvement.
- Create detailed process diagrams, business documentation, and reports.
- Engage with business units, compliance teams, and technical departments collaboratively.
- Assist with system testing phases including user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation efforts.
- Regularly update stakeholders with project progress and business insights.
Qualifications and Skills
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a closely related field.
- Possesses 3 to 4 years of business analyst experience specifically within banking or financial services domains.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Sound understanding of banking operations and financial reporting mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Competencies
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management frameworks.
- Awareness of banking regulatory environments and financial IT systems.
- Experience utilizing Jira or Azure DevOps tools.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

Compensation
This position offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000.
