Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to join our project aimed at building an ERP system that supports the retail chain's operations including purchasing, warehouse logistics, in-store sales (POS), e-commerce, accounting, and internal management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and digital transformation activities by gathering requirements from various departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and HR.
• Analyze current and future processes (As-Is/To-Be), identify digital needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Create detailed requirement specification documents and prioritize features based on business value.
• Utilize AI tools to assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation development.
• Collaborate with BA Lead, AI specialists, and the development team to clarify requirements and implement ERP functionalities.
• Review features, validate business processes, and refine requirements throughout development.
• Develop test cases, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitor issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities ensuring the ERP meets business demands.
• Support ERP deployment, provide user training, and offer post-implementation support.
• Gather user feedback and recommend system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects; preference given to candidates with ERP, enterprise management systems, or retail software experience.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Skilled in process modeling tools including Draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Experienced in employing at least one AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for work purposes, including structured prompt writing, understanding AI limitations, and validating outputs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse departments, demonstrating critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Knowledge of retail operations, POS, warehouse, accounting, supply chain management.
• Prior experience with ERP platforms like Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Bravo, or Fast is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI or low-code/no-code platforms in software development is a plus.
