Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Corporate Banking to lead comprehensive product implementations and support the delivery lifecycle in Dubai. This role targets candidates with over 10 years of experience, specializing in banking, corporate banking, and transaction banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end corporate banking product implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Organize and facilitate product walkthrough workshops and conduct detailed gap analysis sessions to identify improvement areas.
• Compose detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and maintain thorough product documentation.
• Offer ongoing functional support to development and testing teams during all project phases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 8 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst within the banking domain.
• In-depth expertise in areas including Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Virtual Account Management (VAM), and Channel Banking.
• Familiarity with Channel Banking applications such as web interfaces, mobile platforms, and Open APIs, alongside experience with payment platforms.
• A solid understanding of banking platform architectures, core modules, and complete functional workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
• A self-driven approach enabling independent handling of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Preferred or Additional Skills

• Hands-on experience with Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
• Prior involvement in implementing or working with significant Corporate or Retail Banking Systems or specialized Payment Platforms.
