Role Summary

The Quality Assurance Partner in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Systems plays a crucial hands-on role. This person will manage and enhance Sea to Summit's integrated quality, environmental, and workplace health and safety management systems, ensuring they remain organized, auditable, and continuously improved.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit integrated management systems policies, SOPs, document controls, and change management frameworks encompassing QMS, EMS, and WHS processes.
• Support the upkeep and advancement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 aligned systems including setting goals, KPIs, and contributing to management reviews.
• Coordinate and execute the internal audit program, managing schedules, collecting evidence, reporting findings, and ensuring timely closure.
• Assist with readiness and compliance for external certification audits such as ISO systems, RCS/RDS, B Corp, and other assurance activities.
• Oversee internal non-conformance processes, root cause analyses, CAPA tracking, and verifying effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Manage enterprise and ESG risk registers, oversee action tracking, and prepare inputs for management reviews.
• Maintain compliance registrations for Distributed Brands, including renewals for AICIS, APCO, EESS, BiCON, AGA, and relevant records.
• Help monitor global regulatory and product compliance requirements, translating them into actionable controls for product, labelling, packaging, import/export, and reporting processes.
• Collect and analyze global warranty data in partnership with Product QA to identify trends and drive continuous product improvements.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation is well organized, current, and accessible for decision-making, audits, certification reviews, and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance with deep understanding of related standards.
• Experience maintaining integrated management systems across quality, environment, and health and safety functions, including internal audit execution and certification preparation.
• Strong competency in managing non-conformance, conducting root cause analysis, and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise across internal teams, auditors, consultants, and external partners.
• Proficiency in quality management software and a variety of advanced tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, ClickUp or similar project management tools, PLM systems, GHG and ESG software, Visio or Miro, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented approach in maintaining KPIs, audit evidence, risk registers, and management review documentation.
