Overview
Join L’Oréal as the Brand & Consumer Activation Manager for Kérastase in Auckland, New Zealand. You'll represent a leading luxury haircare brand, connecting it with discerning consumers and premium salons by orchestrating compelling brand experiences across both digital and physical platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement sophisticated activation campaigns to boost brand prestige, engage consumers, and drive Kérastase sales throughout New Zealand.
- Collaborate with ANZ Advocacy & Influencer Managers to devise and execute influencer strategies, sourcing and building strong relationships with local content creators to enhance brand authenticity and visibility.
- Lead local event planning and execution, partnering with ANZ teams to bring regional strategies to life through exceptional events, pop-ups, and salon activations tailored to the New Zealand market.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and education departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious brand experience for salon partners and their clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with prominent salons, luxury retailers, and industry influencers to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Analyze market trends and campaign results to refine marketing efforts, improve return on investment, and further establish Kérastase as a leader in luxury haircare.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in brand activation, ideally within luxury or premium brand sectors.
- Strong background in influencer marketing with intimate knowledge of New Zealand's creator economy and successful experience managing impactful social media advocacy campaigns.
- Demonstrated operational expertise and hands-on capability in executing complex local activations supporting larger regional strategies.
- Customer-focused approach with a deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviors and journeys.
- Excellent project management skills to effectively coordinate high-end events and campaigns from initial concept through execution.
- Strong analytical abilities to utilize data in strategic decision-making.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with local and regional teams.
