Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and refine the brand’s strategy and strategic plans.
- Formulate category-specific tactical plans and executions, informed by market and customer data such as competitive intelligence, new product development sizing, customer feedback, shopping behaviors, and CRM insights to achieve market share targets and satisfy retailer demands.
- Manage promotional and sampling budgets across all channels to encourage ongoing product trials and customer recruitment.
- Oversee launch timelines coordinating with development and demand planning teams, promptly alerting senior management of any potential deviations.

- Handle essential operational tasks such as opening purchase orders, shop orders, and code creation when required.
- Stay abreast of competition monthly, covering luxury and accessible luxury markets, and provide concise recaps during marketing meetings.
- Conduct occasional field visits and lend support during events or promotions as needed.
- Provide strategic inputs for line expansion by recommending product launches, extensions, reformulations, or general business support initiatives.
- Enhance process efficiency and ease internal approvals of marketing programs.
- Develop seasonal launch presentations aimed at maximizing sales and merchandising opportunities at the retail level.
- Mentor and empower peers and management trainees to contribute creatively and effectively in project execution.
