Job Summary
As a Medical Representative for the CeraVe brand based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibility will include establishing and nurturing strong connections with healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Medical Visit Manager, your role involves leveraging your scientific knowledge to elevate the brand's stature and encourage recommendations within the medical field, thereby positively impacting patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Brand Advocacy: Regularly engage targeted physicians, articulating the scientific basis and benefits of CeraVe to drive prescription rates; represent the brand at essential medical congresses and professional gatherings.
- Implement Medical Strategies: Execute planned medical visits using digital and in-person marketing tools designed to deliver tailored messages that resonate with healthcare providers.
- Growth Analysis and Strategy: Evaluate sector dynamics, competitor behaviors, and prescription metrics to identify new market opportunities and recommend actionable plans to enhance business outcomes and ROI.
- Operational Management: Oversee visit scheduling, maintain detailed reports, and monitor activities using Veeva CRM; ensure consistent product availability in local clinics and pharmacies.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or an equivalent scientific discipline is mandatory.
- Preferably equipped with previous experience as a medical representative.
- Strong expertise in dermatology with the ability to convert complex scientific details into effective medical communications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by initiative and capability to explore and capitalize on new business prospects.
- Customer-focused approach aimed at building enduring relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to influence both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Proficient negotiation and persuasive communication skills essential for securing commitment within the medical community.
- Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is compulsory.
