Job Overview
We are seeking personable and reliable Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store tastings and product demonstrations at Costco and various retail venues near Bayonne, NJ. This position involves direct interaction with customers to share the distinct qualities of Qui Tequila, encouraging product trials and sales through engaging and genuine storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product tastings and in-store demonstrations.
- Inform customers about the brand's quality, production process, and flavor nuances.
- Create an inviting and professional shopping experience.
- Enhance brand visibility and boost sales via effective customer interaction.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with retail staff.
- Record engagement data and provide detailed summaries following events.
Required Qualifications
- Age 21 or older.
- Availability on Thursdays through Sundays.
- Preferably experienced in retail environments.
- Excellent communication and confident, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation within the Bayonne area.
- Friendly, responsible, and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Experience in sales, promotional activities, hospitality, or brand representation is advantageous.
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly wage ranging from $30 to $50.
- Performance rewards based on bottle sales.
- Expected weekly hours between 15 and 28.
Work Location and Conditions
- Primary location is Bayonne, NJ.
- Work conducted at Costco and other local retail outlets.
- Willingness to travel to nearby venues is necessary.
