About the Role

As a Dior Ambassador located at Selfridges, London, you will represent the iconic French luxury brand Parfums Christian Dior. Your role is to champion the brand’s vision of creating a more beautiful and joyful world through exceptional luxury beauty experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell Dior perfumes, skincare, and makeup while delivering personalized luxury service to clients.
• Become a knowledgeable expert on Dior beauty products to educate and inspire customers effectively.
• Meet or exceed sales goals established by management through direct selling and client engagement.
• Implement cross-selling techniques to increase both average transaction value and item count per purchase.
• Approach and greet customers proactively at the counter and throughout store traffic.
• Build meaningful customer relationships and encourage loyalty by introducing Dior VIP rewards program.
• Maintain merchandise and stock levels in accordance with corporate standards and promptly report inventory issues.
• Use POS and CRM systems such as ipos to log all sales and client details, expanding the customer database through calls and event invitations.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and participate in ongoing projects as required.

Qualifications and Profile

• Previous luxury retail or consultative sales experience is essential.
• Experience in beauty and fragrance sales is a beneficial advantage.
• Strong selling skills with a proven luxury retail sales record.
• Sound knowledge of skincare and beauty products or ability to quickly gain it.
• Proficient with POS and CRM platforms.
• Excellent product presentation and application capabilities.
• Personal traits aligned with Dior’s values: creative, confident, driven, tenacious, and impeccably groomed.
