QUI Tequila is a premium, additive-free tequila brand recognized for its smooth taste and notable partnerships with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS. The brand is expanding its presence across New Jersey and seeks enthusiastic, reliable ambassadors to represent its products in bustling retail spaces.
Job Overview
This part-time role involves hosting in-store product demonstrations primarily at Costco and other retail locations near Teterboro, NJ. The ambassador will engage customers, educate them about QUI Tequila's distinct quality and flavor, and encourage product trials and purchases through genuine storytelling. Training and sales resources will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and tastings
- Inform customers about the quality, production process, and flavor characteristics of QUI Tequila
- Ensure a warm, professional environment for shoppers
- Boost product visibility and sales by interacting with customers
- Maintain positive connections with store personnel
- Document engagement and provide post-event summaries
Requirements
- Age 21 or older
- Availability on Thursday through Sunday
- Preference for candidates with retail experience
- Strong communication and confident, professional demeanor
- Reliable transport within the Teterboro region
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable with public interaction
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly wage between $30 and $50
- Performance bonuses based on bottles sold
- Estimated 15 to 28 hours of work weekly
Work Location
Primary base in Teterboro, NJ, with duties at Costco and various retail sites nearby. Candidates must be willing to travel to local events.
