Job Overview
We are expanding our footprint within New Jersey and are seeking dependable, personable ambassadors to represent QUI Tequila in busy retail settings, especially at Costco and nearby stores in Clifton, NJ. This part-time position involves engaging customers directly, informing them about the brand, and encouraging product trials and sales through compelling and genuine storytelling about QUI Tequila.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings inside retail outlets.
- Educate shoppers about the quality, production, and flavor nuances of QUI Tequila.
- Provide a friendly and professional shopping experience.
- Enhance product visibility and boost sales by interacting with customers.
- Develop strong working relationships with retail staff.
- Document customer engagement and submit post-event summaries.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Availability to work on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Preferred experience in retail environments.
- Excellent communication abilities and confident interpersonal skills.
- Own transportation for local travel around Clifton and nearby retail locations.
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Previous roles involving sales, hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassadorship are advantageous.
Compensation & Hours
- Hourly wage of $30 to $50.
- Additional performance-based bonuses linked to bottle sales.
- Estimated 15 to 28 hours per week.
Location and Travel
Work will be conducted primarily at Costco and other retail venues in the Clifton area with some travel to nearby event sites required.
