Branch Welcome Advisor - Letterkenny/Buncrana

About the Role

Join Bank of Ireland via Cpl for an exciting opportunity to develop your career in banking as a Welcome Advisor. This full-time, onsite role based primarily in Buncrana includes occasional coverage in Inishowen (Buncrana and Carndonagh areas). You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing efficient, friendly, and professional service while working within a collaborative team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, including performing cashier functions when needed.
• Assist customers with self-service banking platforms such as Banking 365.
• Control customer flow to ensure a positive and smooth branch experience.
• Maintain and update customer records within internal banking systems.
• Address basic customer inquiries effectively and escalate issues appropriately.
• Contribute customer feedback and insights to help enhance service quality.
• Adapt to changes, embrace innovation, and continuously seek learning opportunities.

Additional Information

• Location: Buncrana with occasional coverage in Inishowen (Buncrana and Carndonagh).
• Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Salary: €30,000 per annum.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fully onsite.
