Job Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our internal HR team based in Pune. The role encompasses comprehensive management of the recruitment lifecycle, covering both IT and Non-IT sector hiring. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt closure of open positions while aligning with client requirements across diverse functional roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from initiation to closure.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Understand and analyze client requirements for various roles.
• Recruit talent across IT and Non-IT domains.
• Conduct follow-ups throughout the recruitment stages.
• Maintain detailed MIS reports related to recruitment activities.
• Handle multiple job openings simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Stay current with recruitment trends and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, teamwork spirit, and commitment to shared objectives.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Experience ranging from a few months up to two years in end-to-end IT or Non-IT recruitment, preferably within staffing agencies.
• MBA freshers or graduates with some recruitment exposure and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with technical degrees (BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Electronics, Computers, MCA, BCA) having recruitment experience or willingness to pursue a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess strong communication capabilities, rapid learning ability, and adaptability to work in a fast-moving environment.
