Overview

The LA Clippers are seeking applicants for the 2026-27 season to join as Team Members who play vital roles in delivering an exceptional fan experience at Clippers home games held at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA. This part-time seasonal position requires availability at a minimum of 30 home games during the season, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits are not included with this role.

Departmental Roles and Key Duties

• Brand Marketing: Act as brand ambassadors by supporting fan engagement during games and offsite events through activities such as plaza and in-arena activations, halftime promotions, giveaways, and other guest experiences. Provide helpful assistance to fans and adapt rapidly as event needs evolve.
• Broadcast: Provide technical backup for audio and visual equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and teardown for sports, entertainment, productions, and meetings. Manage scorer's table setup and maintain equipment inventory.
• Communications: Assist media operations including setting up spaces, managing check-ins, facilitating interviews, distributing statistics, and supporting communication logistics during home games.
• Community Engagement & Impact: Help plan and execute outreach programs like Season of Giving and educational mentorships. Support fan interaction during auctions and community ceremonies and represent the team at various events and venue-based initiatives.
• Corporate Partnerships: Support brand campaign activations and promotions both in-game and at partner events.
• Group Sales: Manage group event check-ins, waiver collections, escorting and assisting group guests to ensure smooth and memorable experiences, while liaising with group leaders.
• Membership Services: Provide personalized attention and smooth experiences for Season Ticket Members on game days while representing the Clippers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Technology & Digital Services: Handle IT event setup and teardown, troubleshoot venue technology, collaborate across departments on tech needs, and assist in IT projects.
• The Wall!: Assist in creating a vibrant home-court environment by engaging with fans, managing fan activations, and supporting operations of the dedicated supporter sections.
• VIP Services: Setup and monitor VIP areas, facilitate guest check-in, escort VIPs, deliver gifts, and assist with special event logistics.

Candidate Profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Physical ability to handle equipment up to 20 pounds, stand or move for extended periods, navigate stairs and confined spaces, and work in various indoor/outdoor and noise-exposed environments.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Additional Details and Compensation

• Hourly wage is $18.42 with variable work hours depending on department.
• Staff parking is provided during games.
• This role is part-time and non-exempt.

About Intuit Dome

The Intuit Dome, opened in 2024 in Inglewood, CA, serves as an innovative home for the LA Clippers, hosting numerous sports and entertainment events. It features extensive facilities including basketball courts, outdoor plaza, and advanced LED displays.

Orientation

Orientation sessions will occur on September 14, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM for new hires.
