Job Description and Responsibilities

• Identify faults through diagnostic processes and carry out appropriate repairs to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear communication with the Service Manager concerning diagnostic findings and repair progress.
• Spot and report any additional work needs with thorough diligence and responsibility.
• Conduct road tests to confirm the effectiveness and quality of repairs completed.
• Record all job details, including observations that may require urgent or future attention.
• Follow warranty procedures as specified by BMW and company policies.
• Keep the workspace orderly and comply with all workplace guidelines and safety protocols.
• Report malfunctions or problems related to work equipment promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fully qualified motor mechanic technician with relevant credentials.
• Competent in using diagnostic tools and knowledgeable about modern vehicle electronics.
• Strong computer aptitude accompanied by excellent administrative skills.
• Self-driven with a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Proficient in spoken and written English communication.
• Possession of a full and clean driving license is mandatory.
• Experience working with BMW vehicles is desirable but not essential.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital service videos and Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) is considered an advantage.
