The ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg, which opened in March 2024, is the first high-rise hotel built to Passive House standards. Located directly next to the train station and opposite the Heidelberg Congress Center, the hotel is within walking distance to Bahnstadt and offers direct S-Bahn connections to the old town and the castle. It is an ideal accommodation for business travelers, conference guests, and tourists.

The 15-story ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg features 310 elegant rooms and suites, a wellness and fitness area, and eight modern event rooms with daylight for private or business events. A highlight is the 350 m² ballroom with panoramic views located on the 13th floor.

On the 15th floor, the extensive gastronomy area includes a restaurant, rooftop bar, and adjoining terrace, where guests and visitors can enjoy great views over the city while dining and drinking.

Role Summary

The hotel is seeking a full-time Barista (w/m/d) to join the team immediately or by arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to shaping the deli concept
• Ensure smooth and warm service experiences in the deli lounge café
• Prepare high-quality coffee and tea specialties with passion and dedication to quality
• Train and support new team members by sharing expertise

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passion for coffee, service, and hospitality; creating special moments for guests
• Experience in service or as a barista
• Confident and friendly demeanor with sensitivity to guests and situations
• Organized and dependable work style, even during busy times
• Strong team spirit, commitment, and proactive attitude

Compensation

The monthly gross salary ranges from 2383 to 2958 euros according to the collective wage agreement, from pay group 1 to 3, which includes above-tariff payment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
