About the role

Starbucks is seeking a part-time barista for its Store #80408 at Shoppes at Hillshire in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This position is focused on delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience while preparing high-quality drinks and food in a lively store setting.

As a barista, you will help create a memorable Starbucks experience by connecting with customers, working collaboratively with teammates, and contributing to a positive community atmosphere. The role blends customer interaction, beverage and food preparation, store upkeep, and general operational support.

What you will do

• Deliver friendly, attentive service and respond to customer needs through clear communication.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customer-specific customizations.
• Support store operations by handling cash, following safety practices, and maintaining security standards.
• Stay adaptable and take on varied tasks throughout each shift.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and ready for service.
• Work effectively with coworkers in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
