Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver quality beverages and food products following standard recipes or customer customizations, including ingredient adjustments.
• Engage customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide excellent communication and service.
• Comply with store operating policies involving cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of duties flexibly during each shift to support store operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required.
• Maintain dependability with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow oral and written instructions, asking questions when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work cooperatively within a team.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.
