Role Responsibilities

• Deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing exceptional service and skillfully preparing beverages.
• Engage positively with customers and coworkers in a lively store setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Handle cash safely and uphold store security protocols.
• Adapt to multiple tasks and maintain composure under fast-paced conditions.
• Learn and master food and beverage preparation in line with company standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Consistent punctuality and attendance.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow company policies on product quality, safety, and customer service.
• Competent in preparing customized food and beverages per specific recipes.
• Capable of multitasking throughout each shift.

• Effective communication, both verbal and written.
