Experience and Qualifications

• No prior experience is needed; training is provided.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, with accommodations if required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to prepare food and drinks following standard and customized recipes.
• Capability to engage with customers and adapt to their needs through friendly interactions.
• Willingness to perform multiple store duties during shifts.
• Quick learner who can follow both oral and written instructions and seek clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
