Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and meet their needs through effective communication.
• Prepare high-quality food and beverage items according to standardized or customized recipes, including modifications to ingredients or proportions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace to meet store standards.
• Handle cash transactions and uphold store safety policies reliably.
• Perform various tasks within the store throughout each shift, adapting to the needs of the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• No prior experience required; open to all individuals committed to learning and growth.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality, with willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Capable of following instructions clearly and asking for clarification when necessary.
• Comfortable working cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
