Role Summary

As a Starbucks barista, you play a key role in delivering the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service and skillfully crafted beverages and food. You will thrive in a lively store environment where you master your craft, work with friends, and encounter new people daily. Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers, creating welcoming interactions and responding to their needs.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standardized recipes or personalized customer requests, including adjustments in temperature or ingredients.
• Handle cash accurately and ensure store safety and security measures are upheld.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting workspace throughout your shift.
• Support all store tasks dynamically during each shift, adapting to varied responsibilities.

Experience & Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and seek clarification as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Capable of performing diverse tasks throughout shifts.
