About the role

As a Barista in Metzingen, you will be an essential part of the store team and a key contributor to the brand’s well-known service experience. You will prepare and serve drinks and food with care, use your personal strengths to create a welcoming atmosphere, and help every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll do

• Deliver standout guest service and consistently put the customer first.
• Prepare and serve beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food items in line with recipe, presentation, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Keep your workstation tidy, structured, and easy for the team to use at all times.
• Respond to guests with empathy, clear communication, and a strong understanding of their needs.
