Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista with a minimum of one year of practical experience in specialty coffee and comprehensive cafe operations. This role requires expertise in coffee preparation techniques and customer service in a cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete cafe operations including coffee preparation and service.
- Perform precise espresso extraction and skillful milk texturing; proficiency in latte art is advantageous.
- Handle inventory tracking and management efficiently.
- Operate the cafe's point of sale (POS) system accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience as a Barista with specialty coffee expertise.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Educational qualification of at least 12th grade completion.
