Barista/Banconista Role

Our staff represent the heart of the Buosi experience: they greet customers warmly, guide them through our product range, and provide exceptional service. If you have expertise in coffee making and pastry with a passion for service, submit your CV and become part of our team.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverage items, maintaining equipment in proper working order.
• Present and sell pastry products, assist customers in their selections, and take orders efficiently.
• Welcome customers courteously, provide professional service, accurately take orders, handle the cash register and process payments.
• Manage and maintain the counter area and shop cleanliness, replenish products and supplies, and oversee stock levels.

Requirements

• Previous experience within pastry shops, coffee bars, or similar establishments.
• Strong passion for the coffee and pastry industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork orientation and flexibility.
• Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Service Staff Role

If you are a student or have limited availability, work with us during weekends and events supporting the service team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Warmly welcome guests and manage their orders efficiently.
• Deliver attentive and courteous table service, focusing on detail.
• Prepare basic beverages and serve pastry products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the dining area.
• Cooperate with the team to ensure customers have a pleasant experience.
