Responsibilities
- Accurately taking customer orders and preparing drinks to specification at the bar or through the app
- Delivering food, completing check-backs, and promptly clearing tables
- Engaging warmly with customers to build rapport by greeting and thanking them
- Staying informed on current promotions, events, and product offerings
- Maintaining cleanliness standards by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and performing restroom checks
- Assisting with tasks such as glass-washing, restocking, and clearing floors and beer gardens as required
Work Schedule
The pub operates early mornings through late nights, offering flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes. Typical weekly hours total 24, with opening hours generally between 6:00 AM and 1:30 AM on weekdays, extending to 3:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
