Role Overview

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in preparing and cooking menu favorites to exact standards while ensuring the kitchen maintains a clean, safe, and efficient atmosphere. Working closely with your teammates, you'll help keep operations smooth and guest orders on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to meet Slim Chickens’ quality benchmarks
• Keep the kitchen clean, well-organized, and operate safely following food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Assist with inventory management including stock rotation to secure freshness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Safely handle kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative workplace atmosphere

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine passion for cooking and producing top-quality dishes
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
