What you will do

• Prepare and cook menu items so they consistently meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Keep the kitchen tidy, well organised, and running efficiently.
• Follow all food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures throughout the shift.
• Support stock handling tasks such as inventory checks, rotation, and keeping ingredients fresh.
• Work closely with the wider team so orders are completed accurately and served on time.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and flag any maintenance issues when needed.
• Assist with other kitchen duties to help daily operations run smoothly.
• Help maintain a positive, cooperative team atmosphere.

What we are looking for

• A genuine interest in cooking and producing quality food.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Confidence working under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Clear communication and a strong team-first approach.
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Kitchen experience would be helpful, but it is not essential if you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
